Job description
Wild Flour Pizza Co is hiring an Operations Manager, Restaurant Chain in Abbotsford, BC — permanent, full-time, starting as soon as possible.
What you’ll do
- Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits.
- Evaluate daily operations.
- Monitor revenues to determine labour cost.
- Monitor staff performance.
- Plan and organize daily operations.
- Recruit staff.
- Supervise staff.
- Train staff.
- Conduct performance reviews.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
- Leading/instructing individuals.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns | Supervision: 5-10 people.
- Staff in various areas of responsibility.
Requirements
- Language of work: English
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
- Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Food Safety Certificate
- MS Excel
