Questions about consulting?

Something else? Contact support.

What can I manage as a consultant?

Company profiles for each client, the job postings you publish for them, and the applicants who apply. You can edit, pause, reactivate or duplicate postings, update applicant statuses and download resumes.

Can I manage jobs for multiple clients?

Yes, as many as you need. Each client gets its own company profile with logo, description and contact details, and every posting goes out under the client's name. A company selector sits on every job list.

Can I manage candidate activity?

Yes. Applicants arrive in your dashboard, where you can review them, update their status and download resumes to share with your client. Direct client logins are on the roadmap.

How do I get started?

Create a consultant account, add your first client's company profile and write a posting. Save it as a draft, review it and publish when you are ready.

How much does recruitment advertising cost for a consultant?

Each posting you publish for a client is $14.95 + GST ($15.70 in total) per month, billed to your consultant account and renewed every month until you cancel. Billing breaks your spend down by client.

Can my client use a posting for LMIA recruitment advertising?

Yes: each posting has a dated, printable record of advertisement your client can keep for their LMIA file. The “Print this posting” button on the posting page prints it, with when the job was posted, how long it has been advertised, the date printed, its web address and its Posting ID. First Nations Employment is not part of Employment and Social Development Canada or Service Canada and cannot confirm that your advertising meets the LMIA requirements, so check the current requirements on canada.ca.
