Job description
Finn's Seafood Chops Cocktails has 3 openings for Food Services Manager in Victoria, BC — permanent, full-time, starting as soon as possible.
What you’ll do
- Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget.
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns.
Requirements
- Language of work: English
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
